Golden Turmeric Ginger Rice

“Food Is Medicine”⁣

One of the things I make daily is rice. It’s a staple in my diet and it’s found in every culture

No matter if you’re into fitness, competing, or just want to find a new way to eat rice, flavored rice is a great technique

This recipe is awesome because not only does it deliver on taste and simplicity but also has health benefits thanks to @revive_md Turmeric+

The curcumin & ginger in Turmeric+ brings flavor, color, and earthiness to the rice and along with the other compounds in the formulation such as Boswellia extract, R-ALA, Astragin, and Bioperine help to support joint function by inhibiting inflammation

It’s a tasty way for anyone working out or having aches and pains to take care of recovery; yes the health aspect is a big benefit but most importantly this recipe is delicious

Although it’s flavored, it’s not overpowering and is versatile pairing with a lot of cuisines so serve it with your favorite proteins, vegetables, and recipes

*Can substitute chicken bouillon for mushroom seasoning, MSG, salt, or your favorite rice seasoning⁣

If you have an InstaPot, you can use the Sauté function and then cook as you would regular rice after!⁣
