Ghee is an ancient pantry staple used in Indian &Middle Eastern cuisines. It is to them what butter is to the French✨
So what is it? Ghee is clarified butter! It’s butter that’s been slowly simmered until the milk solids turn slightly brown, leaving the ghee with a nutty, caramelized vibe
99% of the milk solids (all the casein & lactose) are strained away making Ghee lactose free
-Add the ghee & garlic to a pan & bring to a sizzle
-Turn off the heat then add the parsley & salt
-Serve immediately or store in the fridge
