FRIDGE FREESTYLN’ EP.3 @Vibewithchu
THE DISH:
Cheesy Korean Fried Chicken Nachos, Fancy Dashi Eggs, Pork Floss, Gochujang, Unagi Sauce
PRIMARY INSPO
-Jerry being a connoisseur of the green plant
-Jerry’s super chill uplifting mood & energy
-Good old munchies
-Basically all the vibessss
SECONDARY INSPO
-Jerry is Taiwanese but also loves all Asian food especially Japanese & Korean. We always go hit up these spots when we hangs so I want to use flavours & ingredients from each of those cultures in this dish
-Jerry is always having fun & having a good time. Just like he is in his videos, he is super playful & can bring that out of the people he collabs with. This is why I wanted to be more playful in the editing & also with the dish elevating the basic pub nachos to “higher grounds”
-I also thought of what I’d wanna eat just hanging with a friend at their home. Back in school, after going out or hitting up a party we’d always go back to someone’s house for AP & I’d always raid their fridge & make some drunchies for everyone.
