- Daniel is a passionate learner—he speaks over five languages, explores different cuisines, and enjoys mixology. This dish reflects his multicultural curiosity.
- He lives in London, so I wanted to elevate an iconic British dish—enter: the Scotch Egg.
Secondary Inspiration
- Daniel’s content includes both recipes and cocktails. Incorporating tequila lets me bridge both worlds into a single dish.
- During a workout session together, I saw Daniel’s post-workout meal—yogurt, fruit, protein granola. That inspired me to build a high-protein, fruit-forward dish that’s nutrient-dense.
- He’s incredibly detail-oriented—whether as an analyst, a cook, or a content creator. This Scotch Egg demands perfect technique: oozy yolk, set white, cooked sausage, crisp crust, and jam that’s both chunky and bright.
