Primary Inspiration
Clement went from working in IT/Tech to being known globally for eating instant ramen and noodles! I had to make a dish based on this iconic dish.
Just like how Clement changed his entire career and life from IT to Content Creation but still being himself, I wanted to transform instant noodles into something completely different but still instant noodles at its core.
Secondary Inspiration
Instant noodles are such a staple food for people growing up & because of that, people have their own creative ways to “level up” or “ramen hack” their instant noodles. Some include adding cheese, corn, cream, mayo, chilli sauce, fried foods, etc. I took inspiration from these & created components that resemble these “hacks.”
The addition of fruit in fresh & jam form is because it’s summertime & the spice of the ramen reminded me of BBQ, so I wanted to incorporate the idea of a sweet/spicy BBQ sauce on grilled chicken.
